3 Easy Steps to Rent

1. Select your baby essential, collection and payment method and place your booking.
2. We’ll email/whatsapp you with total quotation (including cleaning, delivery (if any), and refundable deposits) and payment details.
3. Make payment and your rental is confirmed ✅

Note:

1. Bookings without payment are only reserved for 48 hours.

Important Notes & Rental Terms

💳 PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

• Booking fee must be fully paid to confirm the reservation.
• For the refundable deposit:
  • Delivery orders: Refundable Deposit is payable during bank transfer/Credit card via Paypal
    
  • Self-Pick-Up: Refundable Deposit can be paid in cash at our outlet
• Payment options
  • Local parents: Direct Bank transfer
  • Overseas parents: Credit card via PayPal ( 7% PayPal currency conversion fee applies)

🚚 DELIVERY

• Please include your delivery address and select Delivery at checkout
• Delivery charges will be quoted separately via Lalamove (Same-Day Delivery)
• For special delivery arrangements, feel free to contact us — assistance is subject to feasibility
• Breast pump rentals: Self-pickup is strongly recommended

🧼 CLEANING FEES

• RM10 – Booster Chairs & Bathtubs
• RM25 – Car Seats, Strollers, Travel Cots & Baby Carriers

📅 RENTAL PERIOD & BOOKING

• Minimum rental: 1 day / 4 days (depending on item)
• Advance booking: Please confirm at least 3 days before rental
  (Last-minute requests may incur an admin fee)
• Rental day calculation:
  Collect before 12:00 PM and return after 4:00 PM = 1 rental day

• One order per item
  (If you need more than 2 items, please place separate orders)
• If selected item(s) are unavailable, LittleWhiz.com may provide an equivalent model suitable for your baby
• You will be informed before any change is made
