1. How do I start my WhizRent journey?
Itβs as easy as 1-2-3:
- Step 1: Browse our rental collection online. Select your Item, your preferred Collection Method, and your Rental Dates.
- Step 2: Our team will send you a total quotation via Email/WhatsApp, including the rental fee, cleaning fee, and the refundable security deposit.
- Step 3: Make your payment to confirm! Once paid, your "Hero Gear" is officially reserved.
2. How much does it cost to rent?
Our rental rates are flexible to suit your needs! The price depends on the specific item and the duration of your rental.
- Whiz-Tip: Simply enter your start and end dates into our system on the product page, and the system will automatically calculate the price for that period. Don't forget, a small cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit will be added to your final quote.
3. Where do I collect my gear? Do you provide delivery?
We offer both options for your convenience:
- Self-Pickup: You can collect from our Damansara Perdana (Main Hub) or Setia Alam outlets.
- Note: Setia Alam pickups require 1β2 working days for item transfer.
- Delivery: We provide distance-based delivery powered by Lalamove or Grab. We can even deliver to the Airport, provided you are there to receive the item from the driver!
4. Can I walk-in to rent a seat today?
To ensure every item is WhizCleaned and safety-inspected, we prioritize pre-scheduled bookings (at least 3 days in advance).
- Urgent Cases: We do accept last-minute requests subject to availability, but a RM50 Priority Admin Fee will apply. Itβs always best to book early to secure your gear!
5. How does the Security Deposit work?
The deposit protects our gear so it can serve the next hero!
- Refund Process: Once you return the item and it passes our safety inspection, we will process your refund within 2β3 working days.
- International Parents: If you are paying via PayPal, a 7% currency conversion fee applies.
6. What if I need to cancel my booking?
Plans change, and we understand!
- 4 Days Notice: Cancel at least 4 days before your start date for a Full Refund (Rental fee + Deposit).
- Last Minute: Cancellations within 4 days of the start date or "no-shows" will unfortunately be charged in full.
7. Will Sifu Whiz help me install the rental car seat?
Safety is our middle name! Professional installation by our certified team is available exclusively for Self-Pickup customers at our outlets. For 3rd-party deliveries (Lalamove/Grab), we cannot provide on-site installation, but we are happy to send you a video guide!
8. What if the item I want is unavailable?
In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances (like a previous renter returning an item damaged), LittleWhiz will provide an equivalent or upgraded model that is just as safe and suitable for your child. We will always inform you before making any changes!
