How WhizRent Works (Simple & Easy ๐Ÿ˜Š)

3 Easy Steps to Rent

  1. Choose your rental date. Select your ITEMCOLLECTION METHOD and PAYMENT METHOD
  2. Weโ€™ll email/whatsapp you with total quotation (including cleaning, delivery (if any), and refundable deposits) and payment details.
  3. Make payment and your rental is confirmed โœ…

All rentals must be booked in advance. >

As we prioritize pre-scheduled bookings, we do not accept walk-in rentals. Walk-ins are treated as Urgent Cases and will incur a RM50 Priority Admin Fee, subject to equipment availability. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the highest safety standards for your little ones.


Important Notes & Rental Terms

๐Ÿ’ณ PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

  • Booking Fee & Deposit (refundable) must be fully paid to confirm the reservation.
  • Payment options
    • Local parents: Direct Bank transfer
    • Overseas parents: Credit card powered by PayPal ( 7% PayPal currency conversion fee applies)

Note:

  • Booking Validity: Your booking is reserved for 48 hours. To avoid automatic cancellation and release to other parents, please complete your payment within this window.
  • Security Deposit Refund: Your refundable deposit will be processed within 2โ€“3 working days once the rental item is returned and inspected.
  • Full Refund Guarantee: To ensure a full refund of your deposit, please return all items in their original, complete condition.

๐Ÿšš DELIVERY

  • Please include your Delivery Address and select Delivery + Return โœ” (Distance-based) {Powered by Lalamove/Grab] at checkout
  • Delivery charges will be quoted separately via Lalamove (Same-Day Delivery)
  • Special Delivery Arrangements: Need a specific setup? Contact us! We will do our best to assist based on feasibility.
  • Airport Deliveries: As we utilize 3rd-party delivery services, a person must be present to receive the item at the airport.
  • Airport Returns: Please ensure you have sufficient time to wait for the 3rd-party driver to arrive for the pickup. We cannot be held responsible for missed flights or driver delays.
  • Installation Services: Professional installation is available exclusively for self-pickup at our outlets.

  • RM10 โ€“ Booster Chairs & Bathtubs
  • RM25 โ€“ Car Seats, Strollers, Travel Cots & Baby Carriers

๐Ÿ“… RENTAL PERIOD & BOOKING

  • Minimum rental: 1 day / 4 days / 7 Days (depending on item)
  • Advance booking: Please confirm at least 3 days before rental
    (Last-minute requests may incur an admin fee)
  • Rental day calculation:
    Collect before 12:00 PM and return after 4:00 PM = 1 rental day

๐Ÿงพ ORDER & ITEM AVAILABILITY

  • If selected item(s) are unavailable due to unforseen circumstances, LittleWhiz.com may provide an equivalent model suitable for your baby
  • You will be informed before any change is made

๐Ÿ“… CANCELLATION

If you cancel up to 4 days before the first rental day, the full amount is refunded (Rental Fee & Security Deposit). Cancellations within the last 4 days or no-shows are charged in full. The same rules apply to partial cancellations.
